Advanced Information Technology - Relevant Coursework Part 7

For a potential job I was asked to write out a summary of classes I took at WVU which involved programming. So I figure I should put them out into the web.

Fall 2008 – Advanced Information Technology (MANG 353) - Grade: A
Advanced object-oriented and database programming techniques. Emphasis was placed on n-tier development. Developing user interfaces including web sites. Creating and testing database objects including stored procedures, triggers and user defined functions. The major project was a guest registration and tracking system (Code named: ResEd) for the residence halls. This group project was done in conjunction with MANG 450 and completed in MANG 452. For this class the project components included developing the website user interface and appropriate database objects for the system. The user interface was programmed using the ASP.NET framework with C# on Visual Studio. Database programming was done using SQL Server 2005 Management Studio.
